We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead team of 5+ members
In charge of financial modelling for 5YP, 3YP and 1YP strategic planning, and fund raising
Involved in setting targets for investors, company, departments and own team
Monthly track and monitor performance with quick gap analysis and action
In charge of appraising targets for company and departments
In charge of Business Update, Quarterly Review, Rolling Forecast, monthly PL/CF
In charge of working with financing institutions to ensure sufficient funds
In charge of CF forecast and improving forecast accuracy
Implement Internal control framework and audit process
Revamp ERP and related control systems
In charge of IPO/Internal control plan
In charge of group tax
Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
Identify and measure key success drivers
Support decision making with data and insight
Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
Production of the monthly business performance pack for CEO and COO
Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function
Analyzes company costs, industry pricing trends and prices at competitor companies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

II. REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor degree or above
Major in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, etc.

Experience:

10+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other Finance related fields
6+ years leading team of more than 5 members
Ecommerce experience is a plus
ERP implementation and usage experience is preferred

Skills:

Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill, experience working with C-suite is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and financial modelling skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems and practices
Experience working with financing institutions
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
