Team Introduction
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
What will I be doing?
1. Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality
2. Localise the labelling guidelines, support the guideline training, and align the guideline updates
3. Conduct calibration meetings with the labelling team in the appeal process: analyse different cases, record and evaluate their performance, offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment
4. Work closely with BPO vendors
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent language skills, (Vietnamese & English)
- Excellent identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities
- Have QA experience in moderation projects, knowledge about search engines, familiarity with social media platforms
- Knowledge about search engines, the best way to be addicted to TikTok, and familiarity with shopping apps like Amazon, Temu or other local apps.
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Strong ability to learn and understand
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding the search trends and familiarity with online shopping-related businesses is preferred
- Familiar with common office software, evaluating experience is preferred
