Job Description
As a key member of the team reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you'll spearhead our client's construction initiatives and shape the company's future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end construction projects, from concept to completion;
- Develop innovative strategies for project acquisition and execution;
- Oversee bidding processes and negotiate favourable terms for new developments;
- Manage all aspects of construction, including subcontractor relationships and project timelines;
- Implement cutting-edge design and construction methodologies;
- Drive operational excellence in project search, finance, and human resource management;
- Ensure seamless project execution from pre-construction to final implementation;
- Optimize budgets and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency;
- Build and nurture a high-performing team of design and construction professionals;
- Transform the Company's approach to construction projects;
- Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies;
- Enhance the competitive edge in the construction industry;
- Higher Degree in Construction, Architecture or other related fields;
- 10+ year working experience within the companies specialising in interior design, architecture, commercial real estate development;
- Experience in interior construction projects, including Design&Build;
- Excellent understanding of bidding and subcontract management services;
- In-depth knowledge of financial management and business operations principles;
- Solid experience in project management and general management;
- Fluent Vietnamese and English communication;
