Job Description

Core person in designing, developing and managing big seller program initiatives for Cross Border Business to drive overseas business impact with regional stakeholders.
Analyze performance of initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement, eg. in terms of frameworks, planning and target review.
Work closely with cross functional teams in regional scope to develop new business opportunities and implement seller growth initiatives.
Negotiate with stakeholders and sellers for the best outcomes for platform and seller growth.
Act as a business process owner, and participate in cross-stakeholder meetings to present projects’ initiatives and performance.
Manage the budget, revenue and cost ratio for big seller projects to balance platform profitability and seller growth.
Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams.

Requirements

Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, smart and fast learning
2-3 years experienced in Key Account, Business Development would be a plus. The e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin speaking is a plus).
Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
Work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
Basic competency in Excel and PowerPoint software for presentations and analysis
