Job Overview
BAP Academy is a Software Developer Training Center. Our courses are designed to be comprehensive and practical, closely aligned with market demands. Our mission is to train valuable engineering resources as effectively as possible.
We are looking for Brand Marketing for Education Business.

Key responsibilities
- Research the education market, competitors, customer’s behavior and needs... to find ideas and strategies to promote the training center and attract students.
- Research and adopt new digital marketing channels and trends on platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo.
- Manage & allocate budget for each promotional campaign. Operate the campaign according to the proposed plan, optimize the campaign and ensure the highest efficiency in terms of KPIs and costs; Monitor, report and make recommendations to improve campaigns when deployed.
- Develop ideas, concepts, key visuals, content direction;
- Create and build media content and product documents on social media channels
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective Campaign implementation
- Monitor & adjust allocation to ensure overall plan is achieved
- Adjust and improve workflows and processes in projects to increase work efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- From 3+ year of experience as a Marketing Manager/ Planer/ Dgital
- Have good writing skills (copywriting/content MKT)
- Have experience in B2B, B2C or Partnership
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Priority is given to candidates who can use basic design and video making software
- Logic thinking and highly responsible
