Control ordering perishable, D&D
Maintain display for standard : Full display, Full POP/PC, product information labels.
Manage quality of product and expired date
Manage backroom follow regulations
Manage OOS report follow regulations
Manage DWS, Plan and monitor monthly department's roster and manpower schedule.
Control wating time of customer at POS, Always train and remind subordinates on enhancing department customer service satisfction.
Provide good customer services to encourage " plus selling".Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations. Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager.
