Job Description:
Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Analyst) Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Salary and Benefits
5 days per week amounting to 40 hours (Monday-Sunday), arranged by the company.
The detailed working hour for each shift is as follows:
Able to work during Vietnamese Public Holidays as requested (New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc.)
Working Location: Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi.
Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Analyst) Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
- Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality's product;
- Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
- Proficient in English, particularly in reading and understanding the requirements of foreign clients;
- Knowledgeable in the BPO sector, for example customer support, service analysis, and call center operations;
- Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;
- Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
- Willingness to handle multi-project;
- Have good communication skills is an advantage;
- Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
- Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
