Job Description
Standardization of process within ASEAN
Standardize the order management process within ASEAN as much as possible
Optimize the handover process with LSPs and incorporate that into tender process
Standardize rate card structure among countries as much as possible
Tender project leader or support
Responsible for tender MOP and network design and also rate structure and align with purchasing on the tender process
Lead tender project for countries where we have both plants and CSOs
For countries where we do not have plants, support the MOP, network design and rate structure in the tender
Network design and optimization
Collect historical shipment data from all plants and legal entities in ASEAN, clarify the data and do proper data processing to make it usable for network design purposes
Work with transport manager in every country or plant to clarify the volume forecast, and work with purchasing to incorporate that into cross border trucking or domestic transport tender
Propose optimized routing or transport mode based on historical volume and customer requirement clarification, for example, sea to cross border trucing, trucking LTL to parcel service, LTL to FTL or milk run, as well as rate structure for tender
Convince stakeholders in the region and get their consensus in the proposal by showing cost saving, CO2 reduction, or lead time reduction, etc..
LSP management
Develop LSP strategy by working closely with purchasing and transport managers in the plants or countries
Develop tools and rules for LSP audit and LSP development in the region
Data management
Find a way to collect as accurate and detailed data from internal stakeholders that are need for network design purposes
Build up some master data for the region, for example, incoterms, supplier list, customer list, product characteristics, etc., as a database to support any network design analysis
Consultancy
Contact point for any inquiries from internal customers in the region on new route or new transport mode
Able to propose alternative network/routing depending on the resource availability in the market and incorporate into regional network design roadmap
Continuously updating the shipment data for the region in a digitized manner
Support TMS implementation in the region
Support as process expert for the region
Responsible for the planning module by setting up the rules in TMS to make sure system can always propose optimal transport mode or truck size
Representative of ASEAN region in global team
Implement guidelines from central network design team and central LSP management team in the region
Roll out good practice from ASEAN to other regions, and vice versa
KPI for the job: standardization level among countries, LSP performance, cost saving for Bosch, CO2 reduction, customer satisfaction, data completeness and accuracy, etc..

Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Engineering or data science related subjects
5 years+ in overland transport, preferably with network design experience and LSP management experience
3 years+ in project management, facing customers
Excellent skills of stakeholder management and convincing skills
Ability to work with non-perfect data, and good analytic skills, can identify opportunities from a massive amount of raw data
Digitization skills for example dashboard, is a plus
Initiative, excellent communication skills in English, and confident
Responsible, professional, careful and high service orientation
