YOUR MISSION:

• Agile Product Owner: Being one of the core agile product owners to strategize and drive the global product development and sourcing platform for one of the most flexible, multi-cultural and fastest moving sports and fashion brands in the industry
• Global Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork: Being an integral part of a global cross-functional project team that drives digital transformation. Engaging with business teams and stakeholders worldwide to understand and analyze business processes, identifying problems and opportunities to create effective digital solutions
• System Requirements Engineering: Leading the gathering, definition, and documentation of requirements in collaboration with technical teams and external vendors. Designing and developing core system features that span the entire product lifecycle, including apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Project, Backlog and Timeline Management: Overseeing the product backlog and project timelines to align with business schedules and key milestones
• Global Roll-Out and Testing: Participating in the global deployment of the solution, conducting feature testing, and ensuring effective communication with subsidiaries and factories
• Process Improvement Coordination: Working with internal stakeholders to strategize and implement business process improvements
• User Training and Empowerment: Creating training materials and conducting sessions to help users integrate the new tools into their daily operations
• Automation and Workflow Design: Utilizing technologies like Python, Power Automate, UiPath, and VBA to design and develop automation solutions that support business processes and operations
• Technical Problem-Solving: Addressing technical challenges by investigating the codebase and backend configurations to find and resolve issues
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of studies such as, but not limited to, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in a similar field and in an international dynamic environment
• Must have solid experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and/or Sourcing/ or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Experience in garment / footwear manufacturing and sourcing industry is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience on building automation using different emerging technologies, such as Python, Power Automate, UiPath, VBA
• Experience in project management and agile software development is an advantage
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is preferred
• Always striving for the best and fast learning ability. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Internationally oriented team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Executive Business Systems Analysis
