II. JOB PURPOSE

The Tax Manager at Yes4All is responsible for overseeing the company’s tax compliance and strategy, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations in all regions where Yes4All operates. This role involves managing tax planning, reporting, and risk management to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Tax Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax-related guidance and support on business decisions, including expansions, restructurings, and financial transactions. The position also plays a key role in developing and implementing efficient tax strategies to support Yes4All's long-term growth and profitability.

III. RESPONSIBILITY

1. Develop Tax Strategies:

● Create and implement tax strategies that align with the company’s financial goals.

● Monitor the effectiveness of tax strategies and make adjustments as necessary.

● Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure strategies comply with all regulatory requirements.

2. Risk Assessment and Management

● Conduct detailed assessments to identify potential tax risks.

● Develop and implement risk response plans to mitigate identified risks.

● Regularly review and update risk management processes to address new or emerging risks.

3. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring

● Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by staying updated on legal changes.

● Manage the preparation and submission of required tax reports and documentation.

● Liaise with regulatory agencies to address any inquiries or compliance issues promptly.

4. Tax Scenario Analysis

● Evaluate various tax scenarios and their potential impact on the business environment.

● Prepare detailed reports on the findings and suggest strategic adjustments based on analysis.

● Use scenario analysis to forecast the impact of tax changes on company finances.

5. Stakeholder Communication

● Provide guidance to internal departments on tax-related issues and policies.

● Ensure stakeholders are informed about the implications of tax decisions and regulatory changes.

● Facilitate regular meetings to discuss tax strategies and address any concerns.

6. Research and Policy Updates

● Conduct research to stay informed about emerging tax regulations and industry trends.

● Analyze the impact of new regulations on company operations and finances.

● Update internal tax policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields; MBA and ACCA/CPA certification preferred.

- Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and international tax laws.

- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory compliance practices.

- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Misa, and ERP systems.

- Understanding of tax planning, risk management frameworks, and tax optimization strategies.

2. Skills

- Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill, experience working with C-suite is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling skill

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Strong analytical skills

3. Experience

- 5+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other Finance related fields

- Leading team member is a plus

- Ecommerce experience is a plus
