1. Product Portfolio Management: new product development & launching, product sales performance evaluation, managing product category to optimize performance and resource allocation. 2. Brand Management: collaborate with stakeholders to define brand objectives and strategies, work closely with Trade & Marcom to maximize market branding exposure & campaigns. 3. Market & Customer Understanding: Conduct market research & frequent market visit with commercial team to identify market movement, trends, customer needs & behaviors, competitive landscape, analyze data and provide insights to support marketing strategies. 4. Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing data, including campaign performance, business, product sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Prepare reports and presentations about findings and recommendation to key stakeholders.1. Education: bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Experience: over 03 years in Brand / Product Marketing (in construction building materials industry is a plus) 3.
