***𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Sales, marketing, business Administration, or equivalent work

experience.

▪ 5~7+ years of strong sales track record – preference will be given to successful sales team supervision and key account management (direct experience in sports retail business is a plus)

▪ Sales & distribution function with institutional sales knowledge and team handling. Sales Capability/Training experience MANDATORY

▪ Experience in successfully implementing sales programs, policies, and procedures. Experience in utilizing financial decision-making, models, and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.

▪ Highly disciplined attitude and target-focused mindset

▪ Ability to be firm and assertive where appropriate and remain discreet and professional in execution

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) tools and Sales/Account Management systems.

▪ Experience in multinational companies and international business environment

▪ Full proficiency in English and Vietnamese is compulsory
