General Administration
- Keeping track of important key dates and following up with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines of the finance department are met both internally and externally.
- Preparing expense claims, purchase requests, and other administration processes for the CFO and Finance Department
- Assisting in general adminstration duties within the functional scope of CFO
- Making business trip documents and travel arrangements for the CFO
Meeting Coordination & Supports
- Arranging, preparing meeting documents and minutes taking for meetings led by the CFO including official committee meetings
- Preparing presentations for the CFO as assigned
- Tracking meeting action plans
Professional Finance and Procurement Support
- Preparing, reviewing and translating documents, contracts and policites from Vietnamese to English and vice versa as assigned by the CFO
- Coordinating with departments to assist the CFO in managing important procurement projects
- Reviewing assigned accounting and financial reports. Compile analytical or summary reports from financial and procurement information provided where required
- Engaging in various financial functions support the CFO and Finance Department in financial and internal control roles as assigned by the CFO
- Supporting the CFO and communicating with departments in annual Group Internal Audit process
- Supporting the CFO to enhance SOPs relating to financial and prococurement internal controls. Performing standard checkings of compliance to SOPs by departments as assigned by CFO.
- Disbursing and communicating reports to assigned teams and departments. Work cross functional departments to follow up and progress tracking with teams and departments
Other
- Assisting the CFO and Board of Management for ad-hoc tasks relating to financial and strategic needs
