To manage, coordinate, and monitor the hospital’s incident reporting system, ensuring effective investigation, risk assessment, and preventive actions to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
* Key Responsibilities
- Train new staff on the incident management system, reporting procedures, and workflows.
- Receive, review, and update all incident reports across the hospital.
- Assess incident risk levels (severity, likelihood, risk code, required actions).
- Conduct and coordinate incident investigations with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective & Preventive Action Plans.
- Prepare monthly and annual incident reports for Management and QA teams.
- Coordinate with ICT and vendors to maintain the online incident reporting system.
- Work closely with departments while ensuring confidentiality and professional communication.
