Reporting to the Head of Service & Solution you will be responsible for :

1. Affiliate Marketing via TikTok/Influencer Affiliate:
   • Be responsible for creating affiliate marketing plan to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
   • Identify and recruit high-performing influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and objectives.
   • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes affiliate products effectively.
2. Campaign Management:
   • Plan and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner activities, focusing on peak seasons of TikTokshop.
   • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. E-Merchandising:
   • Oversee the appearance and positioning of products and brands on the homepage and category pages
   • Ensure that all digital merchandising efforts align with the brand’s strategy and enhance the customer shopping experience.
   • Regularly update and maintain product listings to reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal changes.
4. Team Management:
   • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
   • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
   • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

o Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly with TikTok and influencer affiliates.

o Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends.

o Experience in campaign management and e-merchandising.

o Excellent leadership and team management skills.

o Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms.
