1. Supervise the work of the Night Audit supervisor, Income supervisor, income officer

2. Make certain that proper staffing is schedule for each night to provide adequate coverage for the timely and accurate submission of the daily reports

3. Ensure the accuracy, completeness and recording of all the revenue earned by the hotel

4. Ensure that the Guest ledger is always balance and reconciled with the General Ledger

5. To manage Daily package reconciliation: No show, cancellation, rate check, Room reconcile, Credit card…

6. To ensure that all of the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded (BEO)

7. To review allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval and supporting documentation (allowance)

8. To investigate late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit Manager for further action (late charge, cancel charge)

9. To carry out surprise checks of rooms, F&B (surprise Room check, F&B check)

10. To maintain organized files of all pertinent audit records (filling document )

11. Up load Revenue to Sun system and reconcile between Opera And Sun make sure all posting on Opera capture to Sun.

12. To do clearing Account

13. Prepare for month end JV( Toby, guest ledger, room statistics, covers, DCR…)

14. To do Owner Unit

15. Reconcile P&L, make sure revenue balance with Opera

16. To do entry adjusts necessary on Sun system.

17. Reconcile GPK & Ultimate package.

18. Reconcile VAT and Excise Tax between actual and system.

19. To check & do the HOD Comp report

20. To perform a trial balance of accounts, to ensure all accounts are posted correctly

21. To finalize the audit by clearing the machine and setting it for the next day

22. Commission checking with AR & Doctors fee charging as monthly
