Job Summary:
The People and Culture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our PCBA factory. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a manufacturing or electronics industry, with a proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
·1.Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
2. Employee Relations
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions as needed.
3. Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
4. Training and Development:
Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Promote continuous learning and career development opportunities.
·5. Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage employee benefits programs and communicate options to employees.
7. Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Support change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
8. Culture Development
Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture.
Promote core values and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Conduct culture surveys and use data to inform initiatives and improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.Laptop
