• Support gathering, analyzing customer and end-user requirements. Support the process of creating and maintaining detailed requirements documents.
• Communicate closely with the development teams, QA teams, and project management teams to ensure an understanding of requirements.
• Support the system analysis and design:
o Propose technical solutions and system design to fulfill the requirements.
o Support software development process on both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress and performance.
• Supports the process of deploying products into production environments.
