Role Description

+ Store Operations: Manage and direct all daily activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.

+ Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth by creating and executing strategic marketing plans.

+ Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance while managing work schedules.

+ Problem Solving: Handle and troubleshoot all issues arising within the store.

+ Customer Experience: Maintain service excellence and foster long-term customer loyalty.

+ Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, auditing, and visual merchandising.

+ Financial Reporting: Track sales data and KPIs to optimize profitability.

+ Security & Safety: Maintain a safe environment for both employees and company property.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related fields in high-end retail/services are preferred.

Experience: * Gender: Female.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Store Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Priority is given to candidates with backgrounds in luxury sales consultancy, banking/finance, or FMCG Luxury Branch Management.

Management Skills: Strong leadership, operational management, and decisive decision-making abilities.

Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a track record of effective problem-solving.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.

Teamwork: Capable of working independently while being a strong collaborative team player.

Adaptability: Highly adaptable to fast-paced environments with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) software and MS Office applications.
