Working Hours: 12pm - 9pm
Salary: 25M to 30M
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to users both local and in Australia - respond to incoming requests via phone and ticketing system in an efficient and effective manner
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and guide users through resolution steps
· Install software on user's device on site and remotely, perform basic administrative tasks such as password resets, account creations etc.
· Manage tasks in service request queue, resolve or triage incidents and requests within appropriate timeframe information about the status of assigned jobs
· Create and administer various shared network resources, provide permissions to software, drives and accounts and other general administrative needs
· Maintain and update documentation as required, including, but not limited to End User Work Instructions, Self-Help guides and technical documentation for inclusion into the Knowledge Base
· Debugging / Investigating the customized issuesYêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· University Qualification in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field with certificates
· 2+ years experience in a technical role such as Desktop Services as Level 1 / Level 2
· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
· Experience in commercial IT technologies such as Networking and basic Server configuration
· Excellent Microsoft platform expertise including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, hybrid on-premise and cloud based solutions
· Strong understanding of Routing, Firewall Security, Wireless etc
· Full understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework
· Experience in documenting processes and procedures
· Experience with SQL and its variation among popular databases
· Software Development Fundamentals, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills
· Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
· Experience with Microsoft Access and VB
· Knowledge of SQL reporting services - advantage
