1.Assets Management

• Create fixed assets code on SAP & run monthly depreciation cost
• Complete all reports for monthly fixed assets & other reports as required
• Prepare yearly document for annual physical count for fixed assets
• Review and update SOP related assets management
• IFRS 15: Revenue Recognition, control list contracts of IFRS15
• IFRS 16 (Leasing): Submit to Regional & Control each of contract to make sure recorded correctly & completely

2.Control PnL Division

• Coordinate with related departments to make annual budget of division (at least 2 times a year)
• Calculate data for invoice, upload COGS and settle sales order of Provider
• PPT Profitability & TM1 monthly reporting of Provider
• Divisional result analysis & activities controlling

3.Controlling General

• Support forecasting and goal setting/ review processes
• Monitor cost development and identify unfavorable cost trends
• Assist the CO team in controlling expenses; tracking against targets, coordinate and implement of all measures required to safeguard sales and profitability of the company
• Actively support the improvement of the Controlling system

4.Control Purchasing Price

• Maintain new purchasing prices of Trading Goods & Spare Parts Tradings
• Calculate cost impact of new purchasing price and control purchasing price of Trading Goods, Spare Parts Tradings

5.Others tasks

• Support changes with respect to SAP and non-SAP related Controlling processes affecting Production, Sales and Central department
• Revise & issue new SOP related main Job
• Other ad-hoc requirement
