Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
Report on the status of accounts
Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin targets.
Provide after- sales support to retain customers
Coordinate with Sales Lead/Director to create customized sales plans for key clients
Communicate service and pricing details clearly
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
Promote new products/services to existing customers

Good time- management skills with a problem- solving attitude
High degree of professionalism
At least 5 years of sales experience in IT industry
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships; IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent is a plus
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
