*** JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Participate in engineering architecture design reviews.
• Build services adhering to high standards of availability and latency.
• Work with the latest open-source technologies.
• Develop high throughput, low latency, user-facing services for Kyberswap.
• Create platform services as fundamental building blocks for the system.

Must have

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering highly available, scalable cloud-based systems.
• Backend service experience in Java, Scala, Golang, Rust, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL data stores.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Ability to discern between promising practices and overhyped trends in software engineering.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DeFi & Crypto
• Interest/experience in Blockchain or Data problems

• 100% salary during probation period (if any) (i.e., same net salary during probation and after signing official labor contract)
