About Icetea Software: Icetea Software is a provider of blockchain development and web3 migration services in Southeast Asia. • Provide legal advice to the company on issues related to contracts, investment, labor, taxation, etc.
• Participate in drafting contracts, legal documents for the company.
• Review and assess legal documents prepared by other departments.
• Participate in contract negotiations with partners.
• Represent the company in resolving legal disputes.
• Support other regulatory activities as requested by the Board of Directors.
• Assist the Director's Assistant:

- Schedule appointments, organize tasks for the Director.
- Prepare documents, reports for the Director.
- Assist in guest reception.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in regulatory compliance or corporate law.

• Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese corporate law, especially in areas related to contracts, investment, labor, and taxation.
• Ability to research, analyze laws, and apply legal knowledge to practical work situations.
• Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents such as sales contracts, labor contracts, internal legal documents, etc.

• Skills:

• Strong writing skills, able to draft legal documents clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Organizational and effective task management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Preferred:

• Experience working in a multinational corporate environment, IT sector.
• Possession of a lawyer's practicing certificate.
• English communication is a big advantage.
