What you will do
Weekly

Handling problems arising related to Fin Team / other team per assigned by Finance Manage
Check wallet movement for User/Driver
Weekly cash flow report
Manage daily work of Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant to comply with internal report timelines
Wallet adjustment per request and check wallet movement

Monthly:

Tracking loan contract and transaction, loan obligation with SBV
Checking tax reports and VAS reports
Monthly wallet reports and financial reports
Perform bank reconciliation
Checking other reports to Government (FDI)

Other tasks:

Other tasks from Finance Manager
Work with auditor and tax officer and State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)

Work location: Lalamove Office- No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
What you will need

Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Have experience of using the accounting system in ERP, Xero.
Have experience on working with 3rd parties (tax officer, auditor, SBV)
English: fluently in reading and writing
At least 2 or 3 years experience at Financial Lead/Chief Accountant in MNC
Good in communication, hard- working, active in work, can manage the team well
