JOB SCOPE 1. Check the operation of the server, backup system data, hotel software. 2. Manage email MS 365 system. 3. Manage TV and PABX system, report problems, contact suppliers to solve problems outside of control. 4. Solve all problems related to computers, wireless/cable internet, ... for hotel guest. 5. Support hotel staff with software and hardware when required. 6. Manage hotel network (monitor, configuration, ... of switch, router, firewall) 7. Report the job to IT Manager 8. Perform other tasks when requested by IT Manager.
