Receive leads from GMS’ passive channels: hotline, email, social channels: web chat, facebook fanpage, linkedin fanpage…
Qualify and score leads, assign leads to appropriate salesperson.
Actively create and find leads by different campaigns.
Operate and manage leads in CRM.
Collaborate with other relevant human resources to complete tasks: marketing executive, partner manager, sales team…
Own the services relationship and is responsible for understanding the customers’ business needs and direction in order to help them quantify and achieve their business objectives;
Conduct face to face calls with customers and prospects and provides effective presentations to prospective customers;
Coordinate with marketing to establish market development models, establish customer bases, develop marketing plans, launch marketing initiatives, and implement marketing campaigns.
Search and develop potential customer databases according to the plan of departments to help support marketing.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Gimasys and Partner’s products and technology, as well as industry trends
Support & Others:
Supporting team organize events, webinar,... to find new customers
Keep relationship, working with channel BDR; submit lead to portal and nurture lead from channel BDR
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Improve products knowledge and get certifications

Educational requirements
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent and have a desire to develop a career in the business field.
