Global Functions (GFs) play a vital role in supporting the bank’s Global Businesses and offer a broad range of career opportunities in areas from legal, risk and finance to human resources, sustainability, marketing and communications. Their operational and functional teams around the world help HSBC’s Global Businesses to operate efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance

Areas And Accountabilities

• Consolidate HUB and Fusion reporting for OPEX reporting. Investigate Cost movements (MoM and YoY) and reconcile with TM1 reports to provide commentaries for P&L analysis.
• Run monthly Direct costs and Intercompany expenses files (HUB/Fusion transactions) and send to all Businesses/Functions
• Provide monthly GL extracts for Interco CTA, Direct cost of CTA Global Ops and Direct costs of CTA IT (Tech).
• Produce monthly revenue by product, balance sheet report for WPB.
• Produce monthly T&E, TM1 TOE template, Direct Costs reports for WSB, WCOO, MSS, and CS.
• Produce monthly OPEX, revenue for Fund Services - HSS.
• Perform cost center mapping/maintenance on HUB and follow up with GFCO for the cost center mapping in OSPD and HMI. Closely update and monitor OSPD file and advise businesses per their queries.
• Investigate and comment on movement of MoM RWA PRA basis for ALCO Reporting.
• Support on consolidating of Average balance and Margin for ALCO Reporting.
• Perform analysis on monthly Interco expenses (HBVN entity and GBs level).
• Review on RAC recharges summary file.
• Support GFC in clearing execption (Val_type and pdt code of nominal code) in HMI.
• Assist the team in raising Service Now request.
• Support on Ad-hoc queries from Line Manager/ Departments/ Businesses.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet).
• Ability to intern full-time in 6 months is a plus.
• Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions.
