Role: Manage overall operation activities of Engineering Function ta plant to achieve the targets: ensure safety, quality of maintenance, cost, maintenance KPI

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead to apply fully Preventive Maintenance program.
  • Build the maintenance schedule/Spare parts needs based on AOP targets.
  • Own total downtime/Line Efficiency/Sustainability targets/R&M cost Opex.- Manage daily operation activities through reporting, testing in reality, communicating with other functions in the plant. Have timely solutions for main issues relating to general objective of the plant and KPI of the function.
  • Lead the trouble shooting and RCA for failures
  • Review, discuss and approve maintenance plan/ maintenance equipment proposed by PM planner; cascade and implement M&W action plan of maintenance function of the plant.
  • Build the maintenance schedule/Spare parts needs based on AOP targets for whole plant. Keep track, control, balance, and manage maintenance costs based on AOP.
  • Keep tracking, check and take over related items in contracts with external parties as per AOP, Capex
  • Build AOP, manage operating budget of function based on approved plant’s AOP
  • Implement the procedure of import, export, quality test of Spare Parts.
  • Contact and implement contracts with suppliers and external agencies to find sources for spare parts/ related equipment
  • Coordinate with Procurement team & Engineering team of other plant to centralize & stock special/key parts.
  • Lead to support for all Technical or Engineering innovations at plant
  • Support Project team to review and supply Engineering or Technical SOW for each new project.
  • Coordinate with other functions in the company for the overall targets
  • Manage and coach staff within engineering team.
  • Compliance with company policy, EHS & quality requirement.
  • Support adhoc requests by Line manager
  • Maintain a good working relationship with OEM, third-party contractors, and parts vendors
  • Plan and propose training plan for staffs based on competency matrix

Your Team

Skills And Experience

  • Technical University graduation in major Mechanical / Electrical / Automation
  • Experience at least 5 years Preventive maintenance applied for FMCG’s company or above related.
  • Experience in the same position in foods/beverages plants
  • Experience/good knowledge finance/ in controlling Repair & Maintenance annual budget, well managing in P2P process (spare parts purchasing procedures)
  • Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot processes
  • Strong Communication Skills in English: speaking, writing, listening, reading & translate technical documents
  • Proactive, works in high pressure
  • Good skill to cost control – middle range of Financial skill
  • Accountability/Leadership/Ownership/ Project /Planning knowledge
  • Advanced English
