As a Product Marketing Manager at Minthcare, you are responsible for developing effective brand and marketing strategies and campaigns, under the direction of the Brand Manager & Marketing Director. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are successfully launched and marketed to the target audience. You are also directly responsible for the delivery of all collaterals, contents, materials, and the execution of all activities, online and offline, medical and retail, digital and social media required to achieve the marketing objectives
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management: franchise/ product positioning, product mix
- Understand and find-out dermocosmetic customer insights/ competitor & market analysis to
develop local relevant unique selling point and proposition
- Forecast ownership for category to deliver Sale target & growth
2. Brand Communication Management
- Define strategic communication idea which is relevant with local customer insights and brand
equity
- Take full ownership for IMC of international launches (Social content, Retailtainment,
Merchandising, Promotion) to drive sales & build brand equity
- Coordinate with Retail, Medical & Trade Marketing team for retail excellence to achieve
outstanding visibility and brand image.
- Propose media mix to ensure effectiveness & efficiency
- Build relationship with Press/ Partners for optimized brand value & visibility
3. Efficiency & Consistency in following-up operation tasks
- Follow up detailed tasks from the IMC plan - ensure it happens as alignment.
- Coordinate with cross functions to ensure the consistency of campaign from online to offline
4. Market Analysis & Campaign Evaluation Report
- Analyzing data to report on brand growth
- Analyze industry, competition and market trends
- Research markets and study the company’s brand
- Prepare reports on brand performance and MKT KPIs
5. Budget Management
- Budget phasing yearly & monthly following campaign.
- Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
6. Complexity management:
- Able to manage multiple perspectives/ ideas from cross functions while running projects.
- Able to work with cross functions to lead projects happening following timeline & scopes.
7. Team training & coaching

● Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with all teams in the Minthacare organizational
structure: with the HQ of the brands, with other departments of the company, with peers in
other countries, with the brand representatives.
● Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that
differentiate our products from competitors while maintaining the medical USP of the
products.
● Project Management : Provide guidance and support to all departments, including sales and
medical, to ensure that they are aligned with the brand strategy. Provide motivation and
directions to the other team of the marketing department such as the PR & KOL manager, the
Digital Manager and the creative team.
