What you'll do:
As the Head of Sales for the OTC division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business forward. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
