This role will lead a team of data warehouse engineers in designing, building and maintaining our data warehouse. You will also be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data warehousing needs.

Accountability

Deliver data quality of Data Warehouse team
Build & develop capability of data warehouse team
Deliver data service which act as a feasible, reliable, transparent data source for advanced analysis & AI/ML models purpose.
Contribute & driven in enhance data security & data governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and Enhance Data Quality:
Contribute, follow & enforce data quality standards and guidelines to ensure accurate, reliable, and robust data warehouse services.
Build, Deliver & Monitor Data Services:
Define data warehouse models, build and deliver reliability and efficiency data warehouse services, ensure adherence to quality standard, and optimize for analytics purpose.
Collaborate and Advise:
Monitor team's resource(budget, personnel, hardware, software, ...), communicate & work with IT team, to ensure the stability of infrastructure for data science projects & data warehouse services.
Work closely with data science, data analysis, and data delivery team to identify and prioritize data warehousing needs.
Communicate quality standards to teams and provide training and support as necessary.
Documentation:
Ensure thorough documentation of data quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Continuous Development:
Involve in team's activity & strengthen team's engagement.
Manage a team up to 4 members, provide guidance support in task delivery & skillset improvement.
Identify & develop required skillset that best fit for company & personal career path.

Demand & Productivity driver

5 years or experience working in Data Engineer with 2 years at project lead level.
Strong technical understanding & experience of data modeling, data warehousing architecture and ETL process.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, ...)
Strong Technical understanding of Big Data technology and open source system.
Experience in hands-on, planning, organizing, and managing resource in deliver data warehouse project.
Strong understanding of data quality delivery(term, process, framework, tools, ...).
Well communicate skill with internal team and external client stakeholder.
Experience with cloud computing platforms.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineer, or equivalent fields.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial analysis business fields (e.g. MBA, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) would be considered as a strong plus

Năm 2007: Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company of Vietnam Limited được thành lập với 100% vốn đầu tư từ Tập đoàn Dai-ichi Life Nhật Bản.
Năm 2008: Công ty chính thức khai trương văn phòng giao dịch đầu tiên tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Năm 2010: Đạt mốc 100,000 hợp đồng bảo hiểm.
Năm 2012: Đạt mốc 200,000 hợp đồng bảo hiểm.
Năm 2015: Trở thành công ty bảo hiểm nhân thọ đầu tiên tại Việt Nam có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 100 triệu USD.
Năm 2018: Chính thức đổi tên thành Công ty Bảo hiểm nhân thọ Dai-ichi Việt Nam.
Năm 2019: Đạt mốc 1 triệu hợp đồng bảo hiểm và trở thành công ty bảo hiểm nhân thọ lớn nhất Việt Nam.
Hiện tại, Dai-ichi Life Việt Nam vẫn tiếp tục phát triển và mang đến những dịch vụ bảo hiểm chất lượng cho khách hàng tại Việt Nam.
