• Lead and inspire a team of mobile engineers working on Android and iOS platforms

• Architect and deliver modern, scalable mobile applications for multi-country use

• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams to design intuitive, high-performing features

• Drive code quality, modularization, and performance optimization across mobile codebases

• Mentor developers, promote best practices, and raise the technical bar

• Stay ahead of mobile trends (KMP, CI/CD, modularization) and guide adoption

• Contribute to agile planning, delivery milestones, and cross-functional collaboration

• Be the go-to person for mobile architecture and strategic direction
  
  

• 2+ years in a technical leadership role

• 
  
  6+ years of experience in mobile development
  
  

• Expert in either Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) - or both!

• Experience building and scaling large-scale mobile apps across regions

• Strong understanding of modern mobile architectures

• Bonus if you've worked with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

• Solid grasp of APIs, databases, and backend interactions

• CI/CD know-how and experience with code modularization & artifact management
