This role will be instrumental in driving the success of supply & demand planning, warehouse & logistics operations, and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations or/and supply chain management, with a solid knowledge of legal matters.

As an Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will lead the development and execution of the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Your expertise in retail operations will be crucial in refining operational strategies for retail locations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. You will also serve as the company's primary representative in resolving legal matters, safeguarding the organisation against potential risks. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various departments. Lastly, you will own the operational budget, strategically managing resources to optimise efficiency and achieve financial targets.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Operations Director role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in Business/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance or related field under your belt, you have spent at least 10 years honing your skills in operations management. Your strong knowledge of supply chain management and/or retail operations sets you apart from others. You have proven experience serving as a company's representative in working with authorities, demonstrating your strong knowledge of legal and financial regulations. Your exceptional leadership abilities have been proven time and again as you've managed and developed high-performing teams. Lastly, your excellent problem-solving skills will be invaluable in this role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and/or retail operations
• Proven experience serving as the company's representative in working with authorities with strong knowledge of legal and financial regulations
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
