1.Consult for Head of Data Science department, support managing and direct Data science department in applying advanced analytics and data science techniques to find customers’ behaviors, by which solving real business problems

• Work directly with the head of Data Science department, head of AI Center to give direction for advanced analytics, predictive modeling in the bank’s operations
• Proactively propose, execute and lead analytics projects to support business units under the head of Data science department
• Apply data science and analytics techniques to get insights so as to help business to solve real business problems.
• Get insights from customers’ behaviors using various data mining techniques
• Develop machine learning models to help business units in various problems including customer churn, cross-selling products to existing customers….
• Coach & train team members
• Automate analytics process

2. Lead to conduct research, update and apply new advanced analytics, data science techniques

• Conduct research on modern methods for data analysis, data mining & predictive modelling with its applications
• New methods and techniques can be applied in EDA
• Proactively analyze and utilize existing/new data sources to for better analyses

3. Lead of implementing, working with other centers / departments of EDA on advanced analytics, data science-related problems

• Lead of supporting other centers / departments of EDA on diagnostic or predictive analytics when needed
• Leading of planning and training other EDA team members on data analytics

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative discipline

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Min 5-6 years of solid experience in advanced analytics, data science
• Experience in stakeholder management a plus
• Lots of experience in interpreting data and translate them into actionable insights, not just data
• extraction and reporting
• Good understanding of and lots of experience using analytical concept and statistical techniques, hypothesis development, analyzing complex data set and drawing conclusions
• Good knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques
• Knowledge of and experience using Cloud
• Experience with MLOps· 
• Knowledge of data system, Business intelligence system
• Data Mining, predictive modelling

3. Skills

• Advanced in SQL Server & Excel
• Advanced in using R or Python for data analysis
• Experience in working with BI tools
• Experience in working with database
• Presentation skills
• Team working skills
