What You'll Do

As a Sales Data Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating data from diverse sources, ensuring its accuracy throughout its lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve not only managing large volumes of information but also transforming this data into insightful reports and visually compelling dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will work hand-in-hand with commercial development leaders on innovation initiatives while acting as a vital link between distributors, supply chain professionals, finance teams, and customer care units. Your ability to coordinate these moving parts ensures seamless operations across the business.   • Gather data from multiple sources including distributors and third-party providers, ensuring all information is accurately maintained within databases and data systems.
  • Cleanse, validate, and analyse large datasets to produce reliable reports and outputs that stakeholders can trust for decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain processes for generating timely reports that provide clear insights into key business metrics.
  • Develop engaging dashboards, charts, and visual aids using tools such as Power BI to support Channel Managers and Commercial Development Managers in their strategic planning.
  • Support the Commercial Development Manager by collecting insights and information necessary for innovation and renovation projects in collaboration with regional partners.
  • Coordinate between distributors and internal teams such as Quality & Food Safety or Careline to address customer queries or complaints efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain team to monitor purchase order submissions, track shipment arrivals, and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with distributor partners and the Finance team to oversee trade spending activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation before processing payment requests.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project goals and operational requirements.

What You Bring

To excel as a Sales Data Intelligence Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in analysing complex datasets within sales environments. Your background includes formal education in business or supply chain disciplines complemented by hands-on expertise using advanced analytics platforms.
