What you'll do:

As an HR Services Manager based in Hồ Chí Minh, you will play a central role in driving the success of the People & Culture function by leading a talented shared services team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategic plans that align with broader organisational goals while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. You will oversee critical processes such as employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and knowledge base development. By fostering close collaboration with other teams within the P&C function, you will help create a seamless experience for employees at every stage of their journey. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and embedding new technologies that enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on policies and procedures while managing budgets effectively.   • Develop strategic plans for the Colleague Services team to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and deliver exceptional People and Culture services across all business units.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of P&C procedures and Knowledge-Based Articles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee efficient processing of employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and benefits management to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
  • Foster strong collaboration with other P&C teams to ensure seamless integration of services and consistent support for employees throughout their journey.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to assess current processes, identify areas for enhancement, and embed innovative technologies that improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide expert guidance to employees and people leaders on P&C policies, procedures, benefit programmes, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Deliver comprehensive metrics and reporting on P&C operations to monitor effectiveness, highlight trends, and recommend systemic improvements.
  • Manage the operational budget for the P&C function, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to maximise service delivery outcomes.
  • Implement health, safety, and well-being frameworks that promote a safe workplace environment for all colleagues.
  • Strategically manage People Systems to support organisational goals while overseeing process automation initiatives that streamline operations.
  • Coordinate immigration services for expatriate colleagues, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
