Mô tả công việc
- Interact with guests regularly, obtaining direct feedback on all aspects of the F&B operations.
- Manage all-day dining restaurant, Room Service activities, and banquet daily.
- Manage the restaurant marketing program for the hotel
- Lead the operations across All-day-dining restaurants and Banqueting to achieve guest expectations, financial targets, and high employee morale.
- Prepare the Annual Business Plan for the Food and Beverage department.
- Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations. Ensure staff has the tools, training, and equipment to perform job duties.
- Staffing plan and task assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in F&B hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to communicate, read and write English
- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Ability to use restaurant management software
- Well-versed in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
