What you'll do:
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. You will also be tasked with driving sales growth through various initiatives such as promotional activities and in-store activations. Additionally, you will manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Your role will also involve tracking and measuring the effectiveness of these activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, you will ensure that products are effectively merchandised and promoted in retail outlets. Lastly, you will lead a team of professionals, providing them with training and mentorship to achieve department goals.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive trade marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
* Drive sales growth through promotional activities, in-store activations, and other trade marketing initiatives
* Effectively manage the trade marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources
* Design pricing & promotion strategies to drive consistency across brand & channel
* Track and measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
* Ensure that products are effectively merchandised and promoted in retail outlets
* Recruit, train, and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals to achieve department goals
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Trade Marketing Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You have graduated from university with a degree preferably in Marketing, Science or Pharmacy, Food Science or Nutrition or another related scientific field. You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese. You have extensive experience working with multi-functional teams and are proficient in Merchandising & Promotion Management. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your experience in Project Management & Structured approach, make you an asset to any team. You also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in group presentation and public speaking. Lastly, you are highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word.
* University graduate in preferably Marketing, Science or Pharmacy, Food Science or Nutrition or other related scientific field
* Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
* Experience in planning with multi-functional teams
* Proficiency in Merchandising & Promotion Management
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Project Management & Structured approach
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including experience in group presentation and public speaking
* Highly computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word
