Our client is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen the supply chain function, supporting both online and offline retail operations.

The successful candidate will ensure that all supply chain functions are capable of supporting business plans profitably, in compliance with group policies, local regulations, customer and stakeholder requirements. This role requires strong collaboration with Trading, Operations, eCommerce, and Finance teams to integrate short- and long-term business solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain function to support both online and offline retail operations. You will develop and refresh the functional strategic plan in line with evolving business needs. Your role will involve monitoring external trends and identifying internal opportunities for supply chain efficiency. You will oversee operational reviews across all levels to ensure rapid issue resolution and performance enhancement. Additionally, you will manage stock turnover and minimize slow moving stock while maintaining high On Shelf Availability. Planning for future capacity needs including staffing, systems, and outsourced solutions will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will lead supply chain system strategies including WMS and other digital tools.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Manager position brings a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain and logistics. Experience in the Health & Beauty or FMCG industry is preferred. You possess strong knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP, WMS, transport software, and Lean practices. Your excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cost-optimisation skills set you apart from others. You have strong leadership qualities along with excellent communication skills which enable you to manage stakeholders effectively. A deep understanding of supply chain systems and their implementation is crucial for this role.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain and logistics
