Scope: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar - based in HCM - hybrid working style

Introduction:
A Medical Device MNC leader in the healthcare technology sector is looking for a Regional Compliance Specialist to be supporting from HCM: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

What You Will Do:

• Implementing, developing and certifying compliance policies, procedures and practices.
• Providing high-quality compliance advice and services regarding the company's obligations and risks.
• Ensuring alignment with the organization's ethics and compliance standards.
• Conducting audits, reviews, or investigations as needed.
• Conducting prior approvals and providing daily consultation for business interactions and sales/marketing activities to support operations.
• Preparing and conducting compliance training, managing training records and communicating with employees and channel partners.
• Mitigating compliance risks through screening procedures, on-site assessments, and prompt remediation of gaps, along with enhanced training and awareness.
• Collaborating with regional and global Compliance teams to implement consistent best practices.
• Managing the compliance program in Vietnam and overseeing operations in Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.
• Liaising with industry associations on compliance and Code of Practice issues.
• Providing updates, presentations, and analyzing metrics to set KPIs for improvement.

What You Will Bring:

• At least 7 years of Compliance or Legal and Compliance experience in the LifeScience or Healthcare industry
• Law Firms candidates are accepted if they have done secondment in-house in the similar industry with Compliance scope
• Showing a proactive and independant attitute with creativity and willigness
• Full proficiency in Vietnamese and English
• Worked with overseas stakeholders and regional or international teams
