As a Business Development Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play an integral part in driving business growth through exceptional customer engagement.   • Deliver engaging training sessions to customers on best practices, procedures, and product usage to maximise value and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment as required, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and meeting customer expectations.
  • Complete all necessary reporting accurately and promptly, maintaining clear records of activities, outcomes, and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning by organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules that optimise time management while accommodating unexpected events or urgent requests.
  • Engage proactively with decision makers at client organisations to initiate new relationships where none currently exist, expanding the company's reach within the market.
  • Identify root causes of challenges faced by customers using multiple discovery techniques, collaborating with internal resources to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Anticipate potential concerns from clients, addressing them empathetically while communicating solutions in an accessible manner that builds trust.
  • Maintain a professional tone in all written communications, producing clear service reports free from jargon or errors.
