We're seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our FIN Tech team, enhancing payment experiences for thousands of users.

What you'll do:

1. Define and drive engineering strategy aligned with company vision.
2. Communicate and align with stakeholders on technical decisions and progress.
3. Recruitment for Tech talents, Mentor & Inspire engineering tech leads
4. Oversee architecture, development, deployment, and operations.
5. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery and implement best practices.
6. Implement and ensure strict compliance with payment regulations and standards (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, etc.) across all systems.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 9+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Expertise in building/scaling SaaS or enterprise platforms with Microsoft tech (Azure, microservices, event-driven/domain-driven development, SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with Fintech products, APIs, data security, and compliance, preferrably with experience in payment.
• Knowledge of AWS
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, good written & verbal English
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or SVPG principles.
• Passion for tech, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
