We are currently open to new Recruitment Consultants to recruit :

• Human Ressource (HR)
• Tech and Digital
• Legal
• Sales and Marketing in Healthcare;
• Sales and Marketing in Industrial

What You'll Do

• Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns
• Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
• Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of work experience full time in any field or job function in MNCs or internationally recognised companies or recognised law firms (for Legal recruitment)
• Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed and to achieve KPIs
• Fluency or business level of English communication
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Team player mentality, self-motivation and resilience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
